Matt Holland is the broker and owner of Madison Street Realty, a locally owned Jefferson City brokerage serving clients throughout Mid-Missouri. His background as both a real estate broker and longtime real estate investor gives him practical experience with residential properties, investment real estate, negotiations, property condition, and the local market.

Matt founded Madison Street Realty in 2016 and now focuses much of his time on leading the brokerage, supporting its agents, and making sure they have the tools, market information, and marketing resources needed to serve their clients well. He remains involved in complex transactions and situations where additional brokerage experience can be helpful.
