Eric Hemeyer

Eric Hemeyer has called Mid-Missouri home his entire life. He grew up on a farm in Osage County near Linn and now lives in Jefferson City with his wife, Dala, and their three children.

Eric’s real estate experience began in 2008, when he purchased a small investment property in Fulton. Over the years, he expanded into single-family and multifamily residential properties as well as commercial real estate. He is also a partner in H&H Property Management, where he has helped grow the company and gained extensive hands-on experience with rental property ownership and management.

After years of working with real estate agents from the perspective of an investor and property owner, Eric often felt the level of service could be better. That experience ultimately led him to become an agent himself. He joined Madison Street Realty in 2017 with the goal of providing the practical, responsive representation he had wanted in his own transactions.

Eric holds the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation, which includes additional training focused specifically on representing home buyers. His background in investing and property management gives him a practical perspective on property condition, ownership costs, value, and the long-term implications of a real estate decision.

Today, Eric works with buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Jefferson City and the surrounding Mid-Missouri communities.
